Garbage and recycling pickup cancelled today

Just checked with city hall and both garbage pickup and recycling has been cancelled today and will be done at next regular scheduled day, due to unsafe road conditions for navigation of vehicles.

All they had to do was put on their tire chains.  Lazy.

There's not even that much snow.  and will be get a discount on our service fees.  Not likely.  Super weak.

if you had your bear proofed garbage can filled with tagged

bags this week. Will they allow people to put their garbage next week out 

in tagged bags?  not everyone has multiple garbage cans. Or if

 necessary will they make an allowance to bring their tagged bags

to the dump no charge.
