Beginner Yoga Series

April 10 5:30 to 6:45 pm This series runs for 6 weeks and will introduce the fundamentals of yoga. This workshop-based series is aimed to develop a safe physical practice and learn basic breathing and meditation techniques. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited to 14 students.
