Camp Black Bear: UBC Science Explorers Camp; Aug 27 - 30

This year the City of Rossland and the Rossland Museum and Discovery Centre have joined together to bring 9 jam-packed weeks of Camp Black Bear!  Prices include a weekly visit to the pool (on non swim camp weeks) and pizza Fridays!  In the afternoon kids will be divided into 2 groups based on their ages to a maximum of 9 campers per group.  These camps will provide access to the best of our local Rossland Recreation facilities while experienced programmers and coordinators are on hand to make sure kids have an unforgetable summer.

Week 9:  UBC GEERING UP EXPLORERS CAMP (7-11yrs) $200 / 4 day / EUREKA - Rossland Museum Camp (6yrs only) $160 / 4 day  Aug 27-30

Geering Up UBC Engineering and Science for Kids is excited to be coming to Rossland offering a week long, STEM summer camp. Our programming involves a dynamic mix of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and design challenges.  Our camps are taught by experienced university students with a passion for their field of study.  In addition to all of this we ensure each camper spends at least one hour of each day participating in active games outside. 

Eureka is a special camp for the 6 year old siblings participating in the UBC Explorers camp.   Chain reactions, inventions, games and activities will make this camp the perfect ending to a great summer!
