RCAC presents Tim Nutt

March 8 7:30 to 10:00 pm

RCAC brings Tim Nutt back to Rossland!

The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture (RCAC) welcomes comedian Tim Nutt back to town on Friday, March 8. Tim Nutt left us in stitches during our Comedy Series in 2016.

Tim Nutt is a comic who can't be judged by his cover. Long-haired, bearded, and "rough around the edges", audiences expect Nutt's material to match. Contrastingly, he surprises with razored-down punchlines and well conjured-up premises that place him as one of the top comics working today.

“The RCAC is thrilled to include Tim Nutt as a part of our 2018/19 Performance Series as the only comedian” says Meghan Wright, RCAC Administrator. “We are very thankful to Teck and the BC Touring Council, who provide funding which helps rural towns access high quality performers, such as Tim Nutt”.

According to cbc.ca,Tim Nutt can turn the most mundane things in life into hilarious comedy”. At one of his appearances, the Just for Laughs Gala, Nutt was so impressive that he was named one of the “Best of the Fest” and reviewers asked “where have they been hiding this guy?” The answer – in comedy clubs across Canada where Tim has established himself as a top-draw for the past 18 years.

On March 8, Nutt brings his intelligent, sophisticated brand of humour to the Rossland Miners’ Hall. Doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 7:30. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Out of the Cellar in Rossland or online at www.rosslandartscouncil.com.

Don’t miss your chance to see one of Canada’s top comics!
