Kootenay Festival of the Arts 2019 - Highlights Concert

April 28 2:00 to 4:00 pm  Come out and support the young artists taking part in the Kootenay festival of the Arts. Different disciplines take part from April 8 -12 (Dance) to April 23-26 (Music) with it all culminating in a highlights concert on April 28! Dance / Piano/ Voice / Speech / Strings / Woodwinds and Bands Festival Highlights Concert (all genres) Entry by donation.
