September 28 7:00 to 9:00 pm  Someone very special to this innovative and recreation-obsessed community of Rossland has a birthday coming up on October 1st! It's the father of downhill skiing himself, Olaus Jeldness! Help us celebrate this legend at the Rossland Beer Company with your favourite brews, cupcakes by Sweet Dreams Rossland, and stories by another ski legend: Richie Mann. Be there in time to be regaled with tales of early Red Mountain skiing and growing up in Rossland. Seating at the brewery is limited. This is a first come first serve event - we won't judge if you start the beer drinking early just in case!
