To welcome the holiday season the RCAC is holding a Christmas Movie Day at Miners’ Hall on December 22, 2019. The movie day will begin at 2pm with a showing of the family-favourite Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer. This 1964 claymation classic warms even the scrooge-iest of hearts so bring family and friends to this afternoon matinee. Tickets are $5 per person and sold at the door. Beginning at 7pm the RCAC will be showing “The Man Who Invented Christmas”. This movie is a story about how Charles Dickens came to write The Christmas Carol, forever immortalizing Ebenezer Scrooge and his ghosts. Tickets are $10 at the door.
The RCAC will have a concession set up for both shows. Doors open a half hour before the movie starts so come early to get your seats and snacks! |
