AGM: Rossland Society for Environmental Action

November 17 6:30 to 8:00 pm  ROSSLAND SOCIETY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Tuesday, November 17, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (online) NEW Board positions up for election at AGM: RSEA is seeking to elect a NEW Secretary and Chair (descriptions about each position are available). There is also an opportunity to welcome 3 new regular Board Members. About: RSEA is a non-profit designed to encourage and support environmental & sustainability initiatives and projects in Rossland and the surrounding areas. RSEA is also an umbrella organization that supports the Rossland Community Garden, Streamkeepers and other environmental projects. We have liability insurance to cover board members and volunteer activities and events. Time commitment: Board members serve a two-year term that is renewed at the AGM. The Board meets four times a year and time commitments vary based on the projects that Board members become involved in. If you have skills in non-profit administration, event coordination, social media and promotion, or grant writing, the RSEA board could use your support! Board members: Anthony Bell, Bill Coedy, Dirk Lewis, Alynn MacKenzie Smith, Lisa Mathews and Elizabeth Moore. (The current Chair and Secretary, Rachael and Audrey will likely stay on as regular board members but are looking to fill their administrative roles).
