Discussion of Community Petition by 935 Rosslanders

Rossland City Planning & Development Committee meeting. Agenda item is to discuss the petition to the City by 935 Rosslanders which says: "We, the undersigned citizens, residents and taxpayers, ask that Council not permit any developments such as the proposed golf course and residential development in our community watershed area.
We request Council defer all development proposals until the new Official Community Plan is written, and use the delay to study the impact of development proposals on Rossland's water supply (quantity and quality), sewage system, natural environment, and other values in the Visions to Action Strategic Sustainability Plan."
