Please come out and show your support for the "Tour de Kootenays" road bike race to be held May 23-May 24, 2009. This event will be an annual UCI Continental Circuit (Americas) International Race(s) 2 x 1.2 ME. Rossland will be the host community for this event and the official announcement will be coming out on Thursday July 3rd. We need to show local support and start putting together a list for volunteers- so please join us!
Free drinks!!! If you wear spandex you will get 1 free drink. Please bring your bike too as we will be getting everyone together for a photo op.
This is very exciting so please come out and show your support! Check out the Tour de Beauce website as this is the only other comparable race in Canada to get an idea of what we are trying to do. www.tourdebeauce.com
