Canadian Open Freeskiing Championship - Seniors

The 8th annual Canadian Open Freeskiing Championships is presented by Ledcor. The format of the competition will follow the International Free Skiers Association's (IFSA) Big Mountain Freeskiing guidelines. The athlete can choose the most difficult line they believe they can master, while negotiating big chutes, large drops and challenging terrain. Athletes will be judged on line choice, fluidity, technique, aggression and control.

Athletes in this Senior category are 19yrs or older, and are travelling from all over North America to be a part of this world renown event.

The Qualifier will take place on Thursday Janurary 15th, 2009 from 9am

Competition will take place on Friday Janurary 16 and Saturday January 17, 2009 from 9am
