On Saturday, we are ramping things up with The Clinton Administration. $12 at the door – 8:00 pm - Inspired by the roots of acid jazz(Jimmy Smith, Oliver Nelson, Eddie Harris) The Clinton Administration stays on the P.I.(politically incorrect) side of jazz-ie the funky side.  When The Clinton Administration is in session it is nothing but soulful grooves and bluesy licks on the agenda.  Swanson returns to the Kootenays after 17 years of performing and studying in the Vancouver RnB, funk, jazz, and blues scenes.  Now collaborating with Colin Spence(the finest hammond player in the interior), Kelly Fawcett (a closet bassman who can find the funk), and Marvin Walker (drumbeat master) there is a new government in town.  This is one meeting you do not want to miss.
