NEWSFLASH: Red Mountain Racers Silent Auction

Hey Hey, Sorry folks!

This notice is a bit late in coming, but Red Mountain Racers' planning committee has been hidden away in brainstorming sessions, planning a new twist on our regular Silent Auction.

Our annual fund raising event has been expanded into the first Alumni (& Friends) Weekend.

We are putting out the word now to all alumni, coaches, parents and friends of RMR from near and far to join us on February 6,7 & 8, 2009. Starting with a Friday night Rafters Meet-and-Greet, to the "Old Gate Days" race challenge at Red Mountain on Saturday morning until the crowning event of the whole weekend: The RMR Silent Auction Xtreme on Saturday evening. Get your tickets for the Appies/Drinks/Dancing/Speeches/SlideShows/Silent Auction.

A special visit to the Rossland Museum to see the newly expanded ski wing, a pancake breakfast based on interest and much more is still in the works for the weekend!

Mark your calendars, call your friends, and then go dig out that old lycra race suit! Everyone is welcome! We hope to see you there.
