Here’s a great opportunity to spend time with your mom and/or daughter.

Mothers and daughters of all ages can have fun biking. Ladies bring your moms; moms bring your daughters. Discover your love of biking together with a day of skills practice and trail riding. The Bettygohard bike coaches will go over the skills, techniques and tips that will increase you and your

mom and/or daughters confidence leaving you with a fun activity you can do together. The day will include basic bike skills followed by a fun ride to practice and spend time together riding. This is a beginner course for beginner bikers of all ages. Followed by a BBQ lunch to wind down and celebrate your achievements. Includes coaching session, trail ride and BBQ lunch.
