Bettygohard Mother and Daughter Biking Day

A great opportunity to spend time with your Mom and/or Daughter. Mothers and Daughters of all ages can have fun biking Ladies bring your Moms, Moms bring your daughters. Discover your love of biking together with a day of skills practice and trail riding. The Bettygohard bike coaches will go over the Skills, Techniques and Tips that will increase you and your Mom and/or Daughters confidence leaving you with a fun activity you can do together. The day will include basic bike skills followed by a fun ride to practice and spend time together riding. This is a beginner course for beginner bikers of all ages. Followed by a BBQ Lunch to wind down and celebrate your achievements.Ages 10 and up welcome.
Daughters, Moms and Grandmothers.
Includes: Coaching Session, Trail Ride with a Coach and BBQ Lunch.
