Are you looking to kick start your riding this summer? Don’t wait till the trails open to get riding. The Bettygohard Cross Country Biking Strengthening and Conditioning Course is designed to get you back on your bike before the snow melts off all the trails. We focus on increasing your biking strength and biking fitness combined with coaching tips to improve your skills and a great group of ladies to ride with. Followed by a wind down with appies and drinks after the ride, celebrate your achievements and meet new riding buddies. Start out on the right foot - You’ll be amazed at the difference in your riding this summer!
