Calling all Ladies. Are you a beginner biker or lacking confidence in your biking? Come out and ride with the Bettygohard Ladies. The Beginner ride series will give you the opportunity to ride with other ladies of your level & learn the local trails at your speed. We will ride the trails that suit your level and show you how fun it can be!

Riding with a certified mountain bike coach will give you the skills and confidence you need to have fun on the trails this summer. The series is designed to maximize your riding and enjoyment; our coaches will give you the skills to ride the trail with confidence and we will head back to the Mountain Nugget Chocolate Shop for apres treats.

TUESDAY 5:30PM - MEET AT TRAILHEAD

7:30PM APPROX - FINISH AT MOUNTAIN NUGGET CHOCOLATE SHOP IN ROSSLAND

8PM - GO HOME
