Garbage.... 3rd ave and Washington

Woke up to a nice pile of garbage in my yard.  The  " animal proof" bins don't really seem to work.

if you're missing your can please come pick it up along with your sick garbage. Across from dynapro behind the cedar trees.

These are not bearproof and don't get City Hall started on this...they will force us to buy bearproof containers...other localities that have bear troubles provide homeowners with BEARPROOF containers...I'm sure Rossland will dump the cost on the homeowners as usual...
