Mondays Jan 1 to Apr 2 5:00 to 6:00 pm Get stoked for the slopes whether you are riding or skiing, with a blended practice of strengthening & lengthening, joint support, balance, and flexibility. We will also explore injury prevention and techniques to restore energy and keep the body and mind limber and ready for those powder days! A great class for any and all experience!
