Power Workout + Yoga Series - starts TOMORROW

A 6-week series to keep you strong and safe this winter season.

You need strength, power and flexibility to perform your best on the snow and reduce injuries. Natasha, of Get Real Coaching, and Danica, of Mindful Mountain Yoga, have designed a program to compliment your winter sports.

Classes are 1 hour, once weekly. Natasha starts with a 30 minute Power Workout class with high intensity, bodyweight exercises that target your hot spots and build power, strength & endurance. Danica then moves you through 30 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga to lengthen and relax. A perfect combination to keep you strong and limber for the slopes.
