Grind music night May 10!

Hello music lovers!
We have a music night coming up at the Grind with Ryland Moranz and Dan Fremlin, on Saturday, May 10! Ryland is in Leeroy Stagger’s band, so you may have seen him with Leeroy at the Grind, at the Shovel or at Between the Peaks. He also did a solo show at the Shovel last September, and it was a delight. He’s so fun and charming, and a fabulous singer, songwriter and musician.
Ryland is an internationally touring singer-songwriter whose 2021 album XO, 1945 was nominated for Canadian folk music associations contemporary album of the year. In his spare time Ryland plays with Leeroy Stagger, Barney Bentall, John Wort Hannam, JJ Shiplett and more.
Dan Fremlin is a nationally recognized and accomplished bluegrass mandolin player and songwriter who performs as an integral member of the Blue Wranglers as well as Barney Bentall’s Caribou Express.
John and Finn will be making their delicious thin-crust pizzas, and wine and beer will be available.
Doors open at 6 and the music will start when the pizzas are done - between 7:30 and 8.
Tickets are $25 each (doesn’t include pizza or alcohol). These tickets are going to sell out super fast, as always, so don’t dawdle! Email sackerman at Telus.net to reserve your spot!
