Is this your lost cat? Black with rusty and white chest patch.

Woke up to him meowing at my front door. He seems rather stressed out from being outside all night or longer. I have feed him and brought him inside. although he is very affectionate and cute he keeps charging my senior dog in our rather small home so any leads on who the owner is would be much appreciated.
