Gently flow and enjoy some juicy stretches to awaken your body so that you are ready to sit in meditation for ~20 minutes... various somatic practices, movement, pranayama and meditation techniques are offered as gateways to greater connection and contemplation.
*No previous yoga or mediation experience needed - All are welcome!!!

This class is designed to invigorate your body and bring you deeper into yourself. We will build strength, stability, and balance by building up from foundational movements. Then find even greater BALANCE, as we delve into a few Yin postures, supported with props, for longer holds, helping you cultivate deeper breath awareness and presence.
