  • Newer (2021) kitchen, bathroom, furniture, with seperate private entrance. 
  • Deck and shared yard space, well maintained, clean and tidy. 
  • Access to w/d, storage, off street parking space, legal suite all up to code.
  • No smoking, no pets, references require, serious inquiries only. 

$1250/month everything included, all utilities and high speed wifi, smart TV. 
Pro rated rent discounts if you rent for the 6 weeks.
