Grroming / CC ski on Forest service roadThis morning I got face to face with a Groomer on Neptune Forest service road. I was travelling with my SUV with chains I was told by the driver that this was for the ski club by right (blackjack).
I would like to know how the ski club can have possession of an activated forest service road?
I do not understand how this can happens, specially in the middle of hunting season? I do Believe the is also some municipality aqueduc down there.... |
