Car Break-In Last Night - Loud Car - Stolen DaKine Backpack

Hi all, 

I am writing to let you know that our car was broken into last night on 7th in upper Rossland.  We suspect a loud car, as we heard it idling outside late at night, between 11 and midnight.  Did anyone else experience this issue?

We didn't ID the car, but suspect an early 90s honda or similar small car by the sound.  It may be a darker colored car as we saw one before that sounded loud like this.  I don't want to stereotype, but I suspect a teenager.  That said if your teen happens to have a new backpack you didn't buy him, and it's a black Dakine with red writing (model Heli Pro $80) please let me know.

We usually keep nothing in our car and leave it unlocked to discourage broken windows,  but I left the backpack in after a hike yesterday.  Also, some stuff was stolen out of our glovebox.  We're just guests here, but thought y'all should know.
