Trash to Treasure Day

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if there is still a day in spring when you can put out used items that people can take. I think it was called Trash to Treasure? If there is still such a day, does anyone know when it is? My basement is a Spanish galleon of "treasure".

I think it's usually near April 22, Earth Day
