Survey for my new design consulting business launching

Hello, 

I am launching a new business here in the West Kootenays.  I reside in Trail but will be offering services to many surrounding areas.   Nicole Eve Design will be a consulting service where I will offer design and colour consulting services for homeowners, builders, contractors, painters and more.

I am currently in a self-employment program right now and we are conducting market research in the industry.

If you are able to take a few minutes to complete the survey it would be a great help for my research and is only used by me, and not shared publicly (only in my business plan and with my instructor).
