Between Geoff Ross, Tom Troyan and Darcy Munn they perform original rock and a wide array of classic and modern covers that best suit the ski town party scene. Angelic harmonies, serious shredding and dancing drums guaranteed!"
Les Folles Jambettes
Les Folles Jambettes, which translates as Crazy Legs, is a high kicking spirited group of dancers highlighting the Cancan style of the 1800’s. Started in 1997, Les Folles Jambettes dancers bring history alive with the style of shows that was common in the Boundary region, and elsewhere in B.C. and the western U.S., throughout the boomtown mining days.
These lovely ladies hail from Grand Forks British Columbia. They can be seen flying across the stage doing leg circles, the pigeon wing, and dropping to the splits! The women in the group range in age from 25 through 59 and come from all walks of life. They are mothers, councilors, nurses, managers, seamstresses, community support workers, students, and small business owners! They have performed for many events including the acclaimed Kamloops Cowboy Festival, an event at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, the Merrit Mountain Music Festival, the Hope Mountain Blues Festival, Fall Fairs, the B.C. Cattleman’s Association AGM, and have traveled, representing Canada, to Forst Germany and Poland at their annual Folklore Avalanche.
