Alpine Grind pizzas this Thursday!

Pizza night this Thursday! This week’s delicious thin-crust, Neapolitan-style take-out pizzas will be: Mushroom and Béchamel (sauteéd cremini, oyster and shiitake mushrooms on a béchamel white sauce with garlic, red onion and fresh mozzarella), Pancetta and Caramelized Onion (Italian bacon with fontina cheese, caramelized onions and extra-virgin olive oil), Pepperoni (with fresh mozzarella, red onion and garlic on homemade tomato sauce), Pear and Gorgonzola (sliced crimson pears with diced red onion, garlic and extra-virgin olive oil, topped with gorgonzola cheese and balsamic), and the classic Margherita (fresh basil and fresh mozzarella on homemade tomato sauce). All pizzas are dusted with Grana Padano cheese.
 
TO ORDER: Go to grindtogo.com (the same site you go to to order our daytime bagel sandwiches), to pre-order the pizzas you want. Ordering is open now. If you don't see the pizzas, make sure it says ALL ITEMS at the top of the page. The maximum number of pizzas per order is four—you'll have to place a second order if you want more. When you go to check out, it will automatically assign the first available time. If you'd prefer to pick them up later, click on the time assigned and it will take you to a menu where you can choose a different time. The sooner you order, the better chance that you'll get the time you want! Pay online, and then drop by the Grind to pick them up at the pickup time!
 
We will do our best to have your order ready when you arrive but occasionally you may have to wait a few minutes if the kitchen is busy.
