Pizza Bass every Thursday - Sunday

Thanks for an amazing weekend, Rossland. I hope you enjoyed your Pizzas.

This week we're launching a couple of specials to add the the long list you can already order. Been wanting to get these on for some time and our suppliers finally came through with the goods.

Zucca: creamed Butternut Squash base with N'duja, Gorgonzola, Fior di latte finished with Arugula, Parmesan Reggiano and Sicilian Oregano.

Tricolore: XVOO, Fior di latte, Cherry Tomatoes, Genovese Pesto, finished with Arugula, toasted Pine Nuts, Grana Padano, and Sicilian Oregano (This is a white Pizza - no Tomato sauce).

 

Open Thursday through Sunday 4-8pm.

Pre-order to avoid disappointment (we sold out three nights out of four this weekend).
