Get in shape with kickboxing this spring

Come join us for kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:45 for 45 minutes of drills, skills, cardio and FUN! No experience or equipment necessary. We'll be learning all the fundamental kickboxing moves - offence, defense and padholding for a partner. Starts April 2 so sign up now!! I realized after setting up this class that school isn't back in session until Wednesday April 3 and the ski hill is still open this week too, so if you can't make it the first week - no problem - you can make up those classes at the end of the 5 or 10 weeks that you sign up for.
